The cuisine at Blueberry Hill reflects the season, every thing is freshly prepared in our own kitchen and where possible products are sourced locally. The evening menu changes daily. We offer one main entree nightly. You will be dazzled by Chef Tim's imaginative creations. We cater to individual dietary requests with advanced notice.
The summer brings an abundance of herbs growing outside the kitchen door, and salads and vegetables fresh from our own gardens, and our neighbors garden. In the winter vast pots of soup simmer gently to satisfy eager skiers.
Dining is informal and unpretentious, we seat family style, unless a separate romantic table for two is more to your choosing . A board of fine cheeses is served at 6.30 when guests can meet and mingle and make new friends. We seat at 7.00 and commence with an imaginative appetizer followed by a home grown salad. The evening's entrée is followed by dessert and coffee or a selection of teas. We don't have a liquor license, so guests are encouraged to bring their own wines to accompany their meal.
Breakfast is once again family style and consists of mouth watering fruits, a freshly baked goody, and a main dish that varies daily from scrambled eggs & maple sausage to fluffy blueberry pancakes.
